of out coming diseases
In today era drinking water is also make a major source of
(diseases)microbial pathogens in developing region, although unhygienic
conditions make the situation more worst. Under-nutrition and lack of mediation
strategies enhances the Gastrointestinal ,Cholera , Amoebiasis , Dysentery
, Diarrhea, etc diseases .Due to Water quality, unhygieness and dirtiness
account for some 1700000 deaths a year world-wide(3.1% of all deaths and 3.7%
of all DALY's),mainly through diarrhoea. 9 /10 such deaths are in children and
are in developing countries.Rotavirus, Campylobacter jejuni, enterotoxigenic
Escherichia coli, Shigella spp. and Vibrio cholerae O1, and possibly
enteropathogenic E. coli, Aeromonas spp. V. cholerae O139, enterotoxigenic
Bacteroides fragilis, Clostridium difficile and Cryptosporidium parvum are the
major enteric pathogens in this children. All of them are control by
chlorination of water, but polluted treated water is a huge problem.
In adults, there are various sequellae such as
diabetes,myocarditis and mouth cancer year after infections. In adults there
are some emerging issues such as eternal pathogens various enteroviruses, C.
jejuni and H. pylori.
